My inspiration for creating Ria Lives Well came from my personal desire to live a happy, healthier life. On this blog, I continue that journey through mind, body and spirit. I’m working to balance these three elements so my world will improve every day.

I have never been good at public speaking, but over the years, I have been told that I can write pretty well. I want to create a message on animal welfare, and preach not only to the choir, but to the jokers who think abuse is necessary to feed us. I hope to inspire others with my message in helping animals in need and saving the environment. Go vegan for a week, each Monday without meat, or spend time at your local humane society. It will make a wonderful difference. And not just for the animals. 😉
