Coconut Blueberry Smoothie

This is now one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It was like a blueberry dessert! I kid you not. It hasn’t replaced my chocolate coffee smoothie in the morning, but it came pretty close. That’s my go-to smoothie ‘cus of one ingredient: coffee. I seriously need my caffeine fix in the morning.
You’ll find this blueberry smoothie is naturally sweetened by the fruits and a touch of vanilla extract, but I highly recommend adding 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to turn it into a healthy dessert.
